The daybench is a very versatile piece of furniture that makes a wonderful window seat, room divider or end of bed settle, designed for rume by Richard P Baker. As with all rume chaises and daybeds it is handmade to order by our skilled staff in our Sussex workshops, drawing on classic English furniture making traditions and techniques and combining long established practices with proven modern materials. This individual approach means you can specify the size, fabric, timber type and stain. As shown in black brown stained ash, low sheen lacquer and two bolsters.
