The Petal is a beautiful curvaceous sofa designed for rume by Richard. P. Baker with a fabulous outside arc that goes all the way around the back. As with all rume sofas it is handmade to order by our skilled staff in our Sussex workshops, drawing on classic English furniture making traditions and techniques and combining long established practices with proven modern materials. This individual approach means you can specify dimension, fabric, cushion type and layout, even leg timber and stain. As shown the Petal has a solid beech frame with a sprung platform and back, quilted duck feather-over-reflex foam seat cushions, duck feather back cushions with button detail and hand turned conical legs. As with all of our sofas a matching stool is also available. Your choice of fabric or leather.
