The Sillwood is a sophisticated sofa of exacting proportion with an exposed timber under-frame designed for rume by Richard. P. Baker. As with all rume sofas it is handmade to order by our skilled staff in our Sussex workshops, drawing on classic English furniture making traditions and techniques and combining long established practices with proven modern materials. This individual approach means you can specify dimension, fabric, cushion type and layout, even leg timber and stain. As shown it has a solid beech frame with a black/brown stain over ash under-frame, cross webbed platform, quilted duck feather-over-reflex foam seat cushions with pipe detail, duck feather and fibre back cushions also with pipe detail. It can be made in components if access is difficult and a complementary stool is also available. Your choice of fabric or leather.
