Ciara O'Neill Frond Pendant Small
This unique curiosity was created by Ciara O'Neill in her London studio, inspired by the structure of the leaves of the fern plant, the Frond Pendant really is an extraordinary design, the organic sculpted form allows light to filter through with varying degrees of intensity, the interaction between light and shade is something observed throughout the collection. O'Neill certainly has crafted a complex yet elegant pendant. All of the designs are entirely handcrafted in small batches from a corrugated strong and lightweight polymer and laminated in cotton book cloth or metallic vinyl in their London workshop.

Founded in 2012, Irish designer Ciara O’Neill's East London studio and workshop manufacture entirely by hand in small batch quantities for both residential and commercial interiors worldwide. Her signature lighting collection consists of three designs, Vault, Spine and Frond. Each lamp is handcrafted from corrugated polypropylene, a strong, light weight, heat resistant and fully recyclable polymer. The polypropylene sheet is laminated in-house with fabric or metallic vinyl. A pioneering cutting and forming technique is used to skilfully manipulate each lights fluted structure. With a distinctively modern Scandinavian aesthetic Ciara O'Neill's striking designs work beautifully in both traditional and contemporary spaces. The size options available allow for endless creative possibilities.
